Thanks for your comment! Unfortunately, that's not possible. After reaching adulthood and growth plates close, bones don't grow naturally anymore, even with exercises or so-called supplements. Any height gain you might feel is usually temporary due to improved posture or stretching of muscles, not actual bone growth. For permanent height increase, surgery like limb lengthening is the only scientifically proven method to gain a few centimeters.
