I use it for sweet peas but it only lasts one season, max two before disintegrating.

Gorgeous, simple combination. Very cool palette, and I like that the chartreuse-yellow parts of the snapdragon give it a bit of warmth.

What a gorgeous bouquet! I have always had a desire to grow a Delft garden but it requires space for the luscious delphinium, daisies, etc. I do pop in dwarf blue bachelor button and feverfew though. Your apricot yarrow is beautiful!

Hooray! I love these kinds of videos! I followed your peach cut flower garden plans & everyone is loving it. I'm hooked & looking at seeds for next season. Can you make a video on how not to put over $700 worth of seeds in your cart lol 😆 j/k....kind of 😂! It's very challenging to set the budget and pick favorites 😉

That fridge you showed must be very energy intensive? I have heard Lisa Ziegler talking about coolers and wonder how ecological that is. Isnt it preferable to just place them in a cool spot in the shade? My friend stored hers in a stone barn..no air conditioners needed.

So interesting about the New Jersey tea plant. I’m in neighboring southeast PA and had never heard of it. Going to ask my local arboretum native plant people about it.

❤ your garden! Question, are New Jersey Tea plants available in garden stores? I'm in z6b in the Midwest and have been gardening for years but have never seen that plant in garden stores anywhere near me.

It’s all about the healthy soil-brix content! I have a video on it I’m working on, but for now get as many birds into the garden as possible!! They will help immensely. Also the more native plants the better for attracting beneficials that will combat thrips.

What are your thoughts about growing delphiniums and larkspur if you have a dog? I have read different things about them being poisonous/toxic to pets Any insight would be appreciated Thank you for sharing your beautiful flowers and expertise 🌷

Do you have any issues with lygus this season? They destroyed my zinnias this past week.
@Blossomandbranch
@Blossomandbranch Ай бұрын
Fortunately no! Do you have a good border of native flowers? If not, try adding some-they’ll attract the damsel and assassin bugs that will help with lygus!
@TheSmokyMountainFlowerFarmer

@@Blossomandbranch We have several acres on three sides of the garden where we grow nothing but native wildflowers. Unfortunately, made the mistake of mowing a sixty foot border around the garden and the lygus moved in. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Year one flower farming lessons. Next year I will have a wall of natives INSIDE the garden fence (300’) that will stay to protect!
