Man. You could EASILY take all of this information and package it into a course and make a TON of money. Now I know you do have a course, but the fact that you STILL give this much good info for free is insane!! Thanks man I truly appreciate you

I've been digesting this content like crazy. The most profound thing for me is brand concept. My brand didn't do what I expected it to the last time and it was because I didn't spend enough time on brand concept. Thanks for you insight.

Great Video. Topics you raise for part two would be valuable. The idea of brand drivers seems new to me and I have been following for a bit now, so this is a great new idea. Executing on the simple plan is the tough part and really demands me putting in the work.

Great video Rob! Best video I've seen from you and I've watched a lot of your videos! Would love to hear part 2, Facebook Ads and how your have counteracted IOS14.5 is something many clothing brands have most likely struggled with and other ecommerce in general. Would love to see a video on this topic. Keep up the great work!

I just lauched my brand yesterday and I'm outsourcing my supply. For my first production, I ordered a small amount of each design in various sizes to get everything going since it costed quite a bit. How would u recommend someone in my shoes scale when I don't have enough product to really give away freely? I think Facebook ads would definitely be helpful in a future video

What would you suggest for a print on demand style clothing brand that doesn't have the clothes or inventory to take great product photos or get models in the clothes? I post the designs and different pictures I think go with the brand but its hard when you dont have the real product.

I think a better title would be " Made Simple", not easy. There's a big difference between easy and simple. It's simple to look like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, eat right and work out twice daily for 4-5 hours consistently for years. There's nothing easy about it though. Everything that is covered in these videos is simple, but not necessarily easy. It takes time and effort to engage in a meaningful way on social media, not just heart eye emojis.

Just discovered this YT channel - I love your content! But please don’t use your YT channel as an example of how to run a clothing brand. They’re totally different businesses. I want to see what you did to makes your clothing brand popular, not what you did to expand your YT channel. Maybe I’m confusing this video with another of yours that I watched but the plea is the same. Keep up the good work!
