We have had huge nut farms; walnuts and filberts mainly. However, the vine industry is taking land away from nut farms. Most of the farms are to the west of the Willamette River Valley, West if I-5. I love stopping at roadside stands in the nut farms to get that year’s crop You can get nuts in shells as well as the nut meats out of the shell.i have been buying them out of the shell, repackaging them into smaller bundles, and freezing them until I need them for baking.

@@auramsafaris-tanzania-east5632 that is exactly what they're doing. Most gardening guides tell you that you can't grow fruit from seeds but I have grown some of the best fruit from seeds. It just requires more patience but is well worth it in the end.
