I have a biology project where I need to test how that a how fast a fruit seed will germinate inside vs outside the fruit. Do you know of any fruit seeds that will start germinating in about 3-4 weeks I dont need it to be turn to a tree or anything just want a seed that can sprout within that time

Apple seeds will. If I buy a bag of apples from the grocery store and leave them on the counter for a week, the seeds will often be germinated inside the apple. Apple seeds do require 3-4 weeks of cold stratification though. Grocery store apples are already cold-stratified from sitting in cold storage. I'd say your best bet would be tomatoes, peppers and winter squash. Have fun with your project.
