🍎 Grafting and Growing 34 Apple Trees in a City Backyard 🍎

Here's a tour of my updated edible hedge. I think it's fair to update the status from a permaculture edible hedge to micro orchard. You can grow a lot of food in a small urban backyard.
This year I made my first major attempt at grafting anything. I made a total of 34 grafts this year, and most of them have taken. We'll also have a look at some my seedling apple trees.
The total of the project was around $400:
$200 for rootstock and scion wood
$100 for building the trellis
$100 for misc supplies like mulch and compost
