I started fertilizing every two weeks. The suggestion is two to three weeks apart. Try that and see how your plants progress. I've been going for a year now and had to step it up to once a week. I need to revitalize my soil

Sometimes, the much coveted red bell peppers (which have the best flavor and sugars) cost as much as 3$ for two bulbs. I could usually just buy 3 or 4 at a time. Now perhaps I'll have 30 to 40 with patience. Anything you cannot immediately eat can be cooked and stored in Mason jars for a later time.

If you start them in plastic cups, cover them with a plastic to create a makeshift humidity some, then you won't have to water as much. Once they pop us just spritz them with a spray bottle or you can bottom water them which also keeps you from watering too often
