Every year on our Yolo County, California farm we grow about 11 different varieties of cherry tomatoes, each offering something different in terms of color and size, but all selected for being supremely flavorful. Our cherry tomatoes are all harvested and packed by hand and retailed under the sub-brand "Hungry Hollow," a name coined by the early farmers in this region to describe the unique micro-climate of this area.
In this video we show you the work that goes into growing the tomato plants and explain the process from seed selection to sap sampling. We put our first planting in the ground around the end of March and by early June they're ready for harvest (after much care and attention is given to them!).
