Your snail problem could possibly be solved by bringing in a duck army. They're often used in rice fields because they loooove eating slugs and snails and as a bonus they also fertilize your land. 🦆💪🏽🔥

I think you have gotten it right. Fungal disease increases during the raining season due to high humidity and it tends to spread more as direct rain falls on the ground and splashes more ground water on the plants. That's why you have the fungal infection where there is no shade. The pawpaw have created shade for the other part making it difficult for the direct rain to hit the ground and splash ground water on those chillis. Generally, chilli doesn't like too much shade or too much direct sunlight and I guess the pawpaw stands have done the job. Well-done sir. For the snail, I suggest your guys start picking them for soup o coz I don't think there is a chemical that repels snails, they have impenetrable shell.

I will like to ask sir, what liquid/foliar fertilizer can you recommend for pawpaw farm? I learnt inorganic fertilizers are not so good for fruits like pawpaw because it affects the taste. I'm aware that organic manure is the best but i have logistic challenges for transporting manure.

For this crop I have not used any foliar Fertilizer because I used a lot of manure at planting. I have applied npk 151515 once though and I didn't see any adverse effects on it

Keep bread fruit balls at night on the farm, they'll gather from different places to it then you come at night and pick up all of them.
