Wow! Amazing, what you are doing, I can’t wait to someday buy some from y’all I firmly believe in that need oil, I was informed about it this past summer when my roses where getting yellow and I had grass hoppers all over my flowers. It was a nightmare, but I won! Lol, I have crossed over to the dahlia side, but plan to this year. So thank your for the heads up on their care, I will make sure I put it in my log book when I treat my plants. Love y’all and and your channel! Hugs and love from Texas!

placing the cutting ins water after cutting is a new concept to me. I might try it.

You have to be careful of how you keep them in water. They will rot. They are one of the quickest plants to rot in submersed water. They would rather be moist.

Hang the milar like you would cloths on a clothesline. 2X4 with cross bars on bottom for satiability on each end use line or rope hang with cloths pins. Or if you can use nail or hook into wall. :)

A nice rinse of strange origin tubers, and sterile medium for planting, might help. You are doing a tremendous job, as well as being sick.

Where did the aphids come from? I’m growing mine inside and yesterday I found my cafe au lait’s were crawling with ?fungus gnats? &/or spider mites! I’m so frustrated. Where did they come from?? I’ve sprayed them with insecticide soap and I propped my rechargeable bug zapper and it has been zapping every 20-30 minutes so there are flying bugs. There were some fine webbing noted too. WHERE did they come from indoors?

Hey quick question for you, how often do you have the water cloning system running for? Is it on constantly or is there a schedule? Thanks :)

It runs constantly

Those lights are not great for your eyes. If you google grow light sunglasses - there are sunglasses that balance out the red and blue and make you see normal. Not sure if those are the sunglasses you have, but I've tried a pair and they are a worthy investment.

We get some with every light that comes in. We have tons! I just feel like it is so dark in there with them on.

@@WindyBrookRidgeHomestead You should look after yourself as much as you do your dahlias. The grow light headache is no fun and who knows what the long term effect is. Wear your sunglasses and save your eyes.

Maybe a light issue or ph issue :(
@WindyBrookRidgeHomestead2 жыл бұрын
Light and ph are no issue. We have a metered light system for lumens. The ph is well. We have root rot and aphids
