Hello Patrick, merci pour ta vidéo ! I saw online that some people push their organic scraps down with a plate to reduce the air inside (and keep the plate on top). Do you do this as well ? Also, when the bin is full, how long do you wait until burying it in the soil ? Merci !! On a ton livre et c'est génial, on se lance dans le potager sur le balcon ! (on suit tes conseils à fond !!)

Ah d'accord 😮 je pensais que Bokashi décomposait complètement 😮. Génial alors👌🏿 moi j'ai un bac plein de terreau à la cantine dans lequel je mets toutes mes épluchures . Je retourne le sol régulièrement. La décomposition est lente mais ça marche pas mal 😁 L'avantage de Bokashi à ce que je vois c'est la possibilité d'avoir de l'engrais liquide chaque semaine.super cool👌🏿

J utilise aussi le bokashi mais je passe par une autre étape j aurais pas pensé à composter direct en place. Je mélange avec la terre dans un sac exprès et seulement après je mets dans mes bacs. Je vais faire un essai pour voir

Je mélange direct dans le sol depuis plus d'un an, ça a plutôt bien marché jusqu'à maintenant! Tu me diras comment ça marche pour toi!

How long do you think it takes to fill up a bin?

Really depends upon the "waste" you create...I would say a month

Hi. How you start using the bin? just throwing the vegetable rests inside? Are there any starter tips? I've seen the starter sets with a bin and also kinda soil packaging - Compost starter.

The spray he used is the kind of 'starter' used for the bokashi method. One can also buy it in powder form.

Like the idea, but damn those plastic buckets with a tap are extremly overpriced, or its the stuff they add to break it down faster? At this price not viable, rather throw away and buy cheap fertilizer. edit after some research: so both, the buckets which are worth 5$/€ at best cost 20ish (its just a little plastic after all), and the stuff they add 10-20$/€ a kilo. while i can get granulated veggy fertilizer for 5 a kilo, which lasts me a year. considering the extra work and prices, its not worth it at all, even without your own time spent not added to the calculation. pretty sad.

💚what if with the peels and waste of veggies from Aldi, Edeka & Co. Can we use it too for Bokashi ? Or only the Bio- peels and waste?? Everywhere it are pesticides in it and on it.... 🤔
