Hello, I made the mistake of not soaking them overnight . Just 4 hours because i’m too freaking impatient. Will they still sprout in the soil properly?

It depends on the type of tea bag. Some brands have teabags made of paper. Those can be put into compost.

The vinegar is the cleaning part of that as it is acidic acid. The peels are just for smell.

The lemon (or orange vinegar) works absolutely phantastic. The frangrance is better than anything you could buy in the store! If you leave it longer and dont dilute it it can even strip some paint, its crazy (but thats why you also have to be careful if its undeluted).
