I think the time when dan didn't recommend him a wolf cut and the client probably said that let's get the short haircut but he wasn't sure I think and that was the thing that dan picked up and he finally recommend him to not cut the length instead of trimming the dead ends which I really appreciate him for because most of us don't know what works for our hair and in the end we finally ends up with making wrong decision or we take decisions under pressure . I think Dan is much more experienced and understands people very well. I think the profession he chose he knows every aspects of it which makes him a complete barber . Love you Dan ❤️🤝

I'd like to know what can be done for people who do experience some pretty bad side effects to some of the treatments. Seems like most people are lucky enough to not deal with any, but a few (myself included) can't do them
@Mikeysham4 ай бұрын
Go bald. Or wait until treatments come out that only block DHT locally to the scalp and doesn't go systematic. Otherwise you risk the side effects, which in some cases are permament. You could try some DHT blockers that maybe aren't as strong as finasteride, but you're still essentially fucking around with your hormones which can only ever come with risks. Lots of these videos don't touch on the risks of jumping onto these treatments.
@zanderxymox4 ай бұрын
@@Mikeysham yeah I tried shaving my head once already and the shape of my head is not suited at all for short hair so I'm kinda just screwed lmao
@Mikeysham4 ай бұрын
@@zanderxymox Hair transplants without medication are a bad shout too. How about SMP? Would that help reframe your face? I think some of the top end artists make it look extremely natural. Otherwise not a great deal of option. Some people take the hit and continue medication with the sides.. but I personally think your health is more important than the hair on your head.
@Mercurial_Phantom4 ай бұрын
@@Mikeysham There is no established evidence for permanent side effects. Vast majority of research says it's a safe medication. It's been FDA approved for 32 years. Users reporting permanent side effects may be experiencing nocebo effect. In the minoxidil studies, some grew hair when they were just taking a sugar pill. The mind is a powerful thing.
