I’ve been growing sprouts for 4 or 5 years now. Sunflower sprouts are my favorite out of all the different ones.

Lol on the part about grabbing hair... There's something satisfying about that part of the process though... I'd cut full trays like this with a serrated knife & eat everything at once in a big bowl. Okay... You got very advanced and specific here with the part about the "double baby leaves"... I never got around to trying sunflower sprouts as a stand-alone, but I want to circle back to it now. I got into lentil sprouts, broccoli sprouts, and growing a mixed blend in thinly soil potted flat trays. I got a bit obsessive about trying to maximize my yields and ended up growing a bunch of stringy sprouts.

busyrand the cutting is the best right?!? Yeah try it as a stand-alone but mixed trays are good too as long as the maturity times are the same
