Seryna, do these only grow in summer? I live in Switzerland and we get snow here - like I imagine Montana does. Do you start a new crop every year?

Every two years, I start a new crop. However, if you grow them in the ground, you don't have to do anything. It dies in the winter, but it will come back the following year. Yes, sweet potato leaves only grow in the summer. I'm trying to grow them in a greenhouse right now to see if they will grow. If it does, I will make another tutorial.
