Thanks for watching the video and I hope you have subscribed to the channel. Sorry to say, but all sweetcorn will shrink once over matured and they will also loose there sweetness. This is the essence of the he video. Don't over grow if you don't have your waiting market. It's usually sold and eaten as fresh. We don't have option for processing yet in Nigeria
