Some real tips that most of us can follow. 1. Use the stairs instead of the lift. 2. Walk to shops, school, work as much as possible. 3. Utilise your time while travelling to work to appreciate the nature around you. I usually do this in my bus/train ride. 4. Plan your grocery trips weekly or biweekly, whatever works for you and your situation. 5. Try to build relations. If you live alone, find others who live alone and and travel/buy together. This will cut down your travel and grocery costs. Accomplishing all these goals is very realistic provided you have a good support system. Trying to reach for everything alone will lead to massive burnout.

my parents were around 50 years old when they started doing all of this. they have a full-time job, too. they usually sleep at 11, wake up at 5 or 6, walk in the morning until around 7, shower, eat breakfast, prepare for work, leave around 8 or 9. my dad researched for what kind of healthy diet they should do, and my mom helps prepare for it. they eat healthily throughout the day, then go home at around 6 or 7 pm. they eat dinner then walk again since their goals are 10k-12k steps a day. if it rains, they 'walk' on the spot inside home while watching tv. then spend the rest of the evening with family (or in this video, the time can be used for journaling). they've gotten stronger and more healthy throughout the years, because they build the healthy lifestyle over the years, despite having full-time job and being literally 50 years old. it's totally possible guys. and yes, you can always modify it according to your situations and needs.

Most people on the comments don't have money, maybe they already work full time, or have a family or are teenagers that can't do what they want to do about life! Saying "just do it" is the same equivalent as "you're sad? Just be happy! You're homeless? Just buy a house" as if people has time or money for it 💀 The other half of the comments are people like you saying "omg just because you saw someone that has a better life than you doesn't mean you can't dream and achieve to have the same life! Just suck it up and give up on your current life and start a new one! And if you fail and are now in debt, then it's completely your fault and you should deal with it like an adult." Kinda exaggerated but you get the point. Also I have seen a comment saying "i live in India on a city with very poor condition and i have to always think about how I can get food on the table" so there's the condition factor as well.

For everyone saying this isnt possible if your living a busy lifestyle… as a person studying full time and working part time, everything she listed *is possible* to achieve in a busy day!!! You all just have to learn to prioritise it.
@valrose60832 жыл бұрын
For myself - prioritise getting water in the morning. Have a large bottle 2L bottle that you drink from for the rest of the day - daily walks, you can go for walks on your breaks, walk to public transport wake up earlier or go for a short walk before bed, you only really need 30 mins a day, thats 15 mins away from home and 15 mins back - Choosing protein for every meal is hella easy, learn how to meal prep simple and healthy meals that you can grab easily in the fridge. (This is how i eat healthy as a hella busy and poor person) - Writing down your thoughts or to do lists in a journal/on your phone diary takes 2 mins, and can be done during breaks, public transport, etc. - Eating the rainbow - just buy the right foods when you go shopping. Red apple, banana, pears, kiwi fruit are all easy to go no prep required foods and already hitting the goal. - Allow yourself to rest - means when its time to rest dont go on your phone, prioritise sleep, let yourself take a break during the day even it means spending your lunch alone rather than with friends (harder to do at school, easier when your in uni/work).

I love this! I remember when I started university I started gaining more and more weight until I eventually became obsese to the point where I couldn't even walk a flight of stairs. I always had the typical excuse of not having time, until I realized that, for example, I had time in my free mornings, after taking my dog out for a walk, after studying etc. I then said to myself that I wasn't going to continue misstreating my body and myself this way. So I started taking healthy lunches to school, taking daily walks on sundays and on my not so heavy days doing cardio and stretching. My life changed forever and I realized that there HAS to be a balance in life. Don't misstreat yourself by not eating or doing physical activity because trust me, that's going to be a nightmare for your health when you're older. And then there's a balance, rest, and don't over excersive. If there's not a balance in what you do, you're mental health will be unstable and you're body's never going to have a proper condition for its daily tasks. I know a lot of people have work like me, but please. Try to find a free time, even if its 30mins or an hour, try to treat yourself right by eating good food, and I don't mean the typical food of the stereotype "healthy food" I mean real food, its just a matter of searching. And doing at least 30mins of excersive a day, even if its a walk with your dog, family, partner etc. Treat yourself with care, because trust me, youself and you're body will thank you in the future.

so i’ll say that a pre med uni student who tries to do all these things, it’s REALLY hard. you have to be insanely disciplined and you don’t really have time to be spontaneous with your life. i try most days to do 10k steps, study, attend classes, eat healthy, journal and read a book to relax but it is extremely difficult and some days i don’t get do it all. don’t beat yourself for not being able to do all of this, try your best to incorporate what you can, little changes can help too. remember that content creators have extremely flexible schedules and not to mention more resources and money.

You can still do these things with a job or work. Maybe not ALL of them, but you can do all of them within a week. Meal prep several days beforehand to healthy dishes. Set aside the weekend to rest a lot if you’re sleeping late the other nights. And exercise is SO important as well, even 3 times a week for 30 minutes each time makes a huge difference. It’s really sad that people don’t make time for these these things because they are so essential to a good and healthy life.

it's possible, time management is the key
@Sarah045272 жыл бұрын
These replies are missing the point of your comment. Having a flexible job or being self employed (like the maker of the video seems to be) gives you privilege. The privilege of being able take time off during the day to walk, nap, take long breaks to make intricate meals, etc. With a standard job, you don’t have those freedoms. Or if you have a job that requires shifts longer than 8 hours, you have even less time. It’s not impossible to be healthy with such constraints, but it’s a lot harder.
@Josephiene2 жыл бұрын
@@Sarah04527 I still think that time management is the key in this case. Also having enough energy after a long shift is crucial, but you have to start somewhere. The first weeks it feels energy draining to work out when you just want to come home, eat and go to sleep. But eventually you’ll start to notice that your energy levels are changing and you feel much better than before. And changing your diet (diet as in “what you eat during the day”) helps as well! Step by step, a workout of 5 minutes is better than no workout at all! 🧡

To the people saying you need a lot of money: A lot of the clips in the video are these: Bath - you probably have a bath in your home, take time to relax in it! Walk - that doesn't cost money either, and it's relaxing Eating vegetables - that may need money but it's a good way to stay healthy Drinking water - doesn't cost money (apart from water bills ofc) Sleeping more - that may cost time, but not money I'm not saying these won't have any problems, but they don't cost money and you don't need to be rich for it 🤷♀️ Love you Anna! 💞

For those who call her tips time-consuming ... not really. You can take 15 - 20 minutes out of a day to relax or even sleep in (how many people spend more time than that on arguments?). Your walks don't HAVE to be 10,000 steps; you can walk one mile a day, comfortably, in 15 minutes. That amounts to roughly half an hour out of twenty-four hours. As for the rest, well, you will eat anyway, but choosing fresh and nutritious meals will not take away from your time; they will give you energy to conquer the day. Lots of meal prep videos help you prepare a week's worth of balanced, produce-rich meals to avoid the drive-thru when working the 9 till 5. These habits essentially come down to time management and setting straight your priorities.

Don't compare yourself to online influences, most of them have unfair advantages granted at birth. You work 9-5 and their youtube channel is their job. Create healthy habits for your own good, not because you've watched someone unrealistically smiling, pretending like they do this all day everyday.
