I'm 19 and have suffered weak arms forever. I did this workout yesterday, but I had to modify or delete some of the exercises, but I'm happy that I managed to do most of them and feel just a little stronger❤

Today I have remember why I don't train with your videos anymore. It's IMPOSSIBLE to follow you and it's so frustrating for women that are triying to start training again. There is no rest until the cool down wich is ridicolous 😅 I much prefer training with Madfit or other trainers that make me feel good in my workouts and capable of follow them. Good for you, all we see that You are in amazing shape but your workouts shouldn't be a demostration of your shape.. they should motivate people to workout not making them feel like crap. Anyway, I learn the lesson.

Im glad my gym doesnt allow training in a bra.. Shit like this wasnt normal until every woman needed so much attention that they couldnt even train with regular clothing like regular people.. Why do tou fedl the need to train half naked in a public setting? Even encouraging such behavior is beyond me. Because when a beautiful women gets looked at even for a second she goes nuts about it all the while she decided to train HALF NAKED. Put on some clothes and be mindful of others

Amazing!! Feel so good right now.🔥 Day 25 ACCOMPLISHED!!🎉🎉🎉 In the end I had to stop doing the low plank hold not bcause my abs were burning, but my arms😅. From yesterday. Anyway thank you for this, need it really much. You are a real blessing, Anna. You can feel proud of yourself💜💜💜
