@@delfincorcolon6942 Thanks for your comment and support. I don't order plants so not sure of the best resource or supplier for you. I would first check locally or in your country and see if they have contacts in other countries to help you order. That way they can help you with import laws and process. There are many suppliers out there but the challenge is to find a reliable one. Plus shipping cost is quite high too. You also may want to research and check on facebook as you can ask more questions directly on there to companies and understand their process before you buy. Usually better to buy in bulk and perhaps you can team up with many of your friends to order at once. Hope this helps a little. Take good care!

Thank you both so much for sharing your Dad’s knowledge of grafting! I just want to ask if you water them right after grafting or not. How often do you water them...i have a root rotten adenium and i want to save the upper part of it for grafting. Is it possible? Thank you for your support. God bless
@growinggreenthumbs7497
@growinggreenthumbs7497 2 жыл бұрын
Hi after you graft you should put it in the shade for around 3-4 weeks so watering is very limited. Just as long as it doesn’t dry out for too long. For your rotten root, you can use the top part and cut it to graft on another root but I would do it soon before the rot eventually spreads more. Best of luck!

Hi~ my desert rose plant looks like it’s sick. The leaves turned yellow and falling off. Even the baby leaves sprouting turned yellow and falling off. Some of the green ones are curling up with tiny brown sticky stuff on it. It had spider mites or something on few places, so I sprayed some baking soda water on it. How can I save this plant?

Yes you can try to root them in loose soil or vermiculite. I never tried it because I seen it never has a large base. but if you are growing just for the flower then I would recommend you graft it on another plant. thanks for the comment.

Love this video. Very informative. I have a question. I have had a desert rose 2 years and don't know and understand what it is doing. it has 2 brances attached to the base. keeps growing up skinny and tall. looks not appealing at all. and always only has 4 leaves on. drops leaves all the time. How can i shorten and give it more branches. there is nothing on you tube and I really need help. Also i noticed there is a branch growing out of the bulb on his plant. just a little branch. did he graph that on? ty for reading Ginger :)
@growinggreenthumbs7497
@growinggreenthumbs7497 8 жыл бұрын
it would be hard to decipher but could be not enough sun or too little or too much water. You can do some hard pruning to add more branches. Try repotting with new and we'll draining soil too. let me know if some of your changes works. good luck and thanks for commenting.
