I definitely do seem to be growing though. The average mark was 5'11ish when I started, maybe a bit under, but now p much every measurement puts me above 6'. I'm still growing little by little too, by the looks of it, but very slowly. I've also been sporadic in how much I listened to it, so results could be better if I listened more.
