However, I checked my height every other day to see if I grew a bit and I DID SEE SLIGHT INCREASE IN LIKE EVERY 2 DAYS. At first I thought I was inaccurately measuring myself though I had faith that this will work, not because I am a blind believer or something but because I have already stopped growing from the past 3-4 years as a female and just wanted to be positive while trying this out as there is no loss in me not growing even after this subliminal thing. But, today while standing next to my mom who is around 1.5 cms taller than me I felt equal in height to her. We then confirmed by standing in front of the mirror bare feet and I GOT CONFIRMATION THAT I DID GROW TALLER. Also, If anyone wondering, I am an 18 years old girl… I was 150 cm tall but from my measurements and comparison with my mom I grew 1.5 cms approx or more in like 10 days of listening to this for usually 1 - 4 times max. And most of the time I didn’t even use my headphones because I get migraines and heard it on a normal volume. I mostly used to do some work whilst listening to this and no, I didn’t do any such exercises or changed my meals or diet in these few days. You or infact any one should definitely give this a try cause it’s waaayyy more easy and convenient both in terms of money and pain than any kind of surgery. Also, I have read people say that drinking more water helps and that they feel pain or tingles in certain parts of their body but I had no as such headaches from this or pain or tingles in any part of my body except for once. I don’t know, maybe it could be because of this subliminal but I had pain in my legs one night and had trouble sleeping because my legs were hurting though I didn’t do anything as such to make my legs hurt.
