Clarification is not at all satisfactory. Because order id is generated by the platform not by the investor. How can it be a duplicate? Secondly, if the transaction has not actually happened, then why it was showing to the investor for last few years? Don't they have any internal audit system?

Several times I have complained to the customer care regarding f&o execution of my trades , but all in vain . I was surprised when the customer care executive asked me to record my mobile screen when I am trading . Second time when this situation arised resulting a heavy loss , the customer care executive said that this is a technical glitch. Now please let us know whether this is justification.
