Today, we are beyond excited to present our new single / video "Daffodils" from our upcoming album "Nadir", to be released September 20th. This is what we have been pouring our hearts and souls into for the last year and probably the heaviest and strongest song on the album, so finally releasing this feels very cathartic to me personally. I would like to thank our friends J.J. & M.S. (Harakiri for the sky / Karg) for their contributions to this song. For our brother Mike, you are sorely missed. Thank you all for listening.

No other genre of music can make all those bad emotions feel so relatable. All those emotions that are so close to every human being... it's weird to say it but I fucking love it so much! Black metal, atmoapheric black metal, suicidal depressive black metal and so on - it's like a dark therapy..🖤

I lost a friend several years ago. I remember just chilling at home and came across the post. It felt like my insides just dropped and i just slowly just felt emtionally hollow. I never got to meet him but we had a lot of great conversations about different topics, extreme metal being one of them. I miss the dude, i wish i could talk and joke with him again.

There’s this French word which would transcribe a mixture of feelings between melancholy and rage, “atrabilaire” (I guess we’d say “atrabilary”). This song and this band, in extend, to me perfectly serves it, also serves me, in ways I am really grateful for. Taking a bit of loneliness away, for a starter… the album’s gonna be released on my birthday, so going to try and hang on tight until then, I wanna hear it all. Great jobs guys

@@duurnamets9678 most definitely. My grandmother had dementia and deteriorated severely the last two years of her life. I never got the chance to be my full authentic self around her and I won’t ever be able to know what that’s like. Karg helped ease the grief in a lot of moments.

I member when everyone was calling Groza a Mgla copy, and I've been saying for a long time they're a lot more like HFTS. This song is almost indistinguishable from HTFS. Obviously, it featured members from HTFS, so that didn't help, but I think we can just lay the whole "Mgla copy" to rest now. They are definitely more in the same vein with HTFS. None of that is a problem btw, just pointing it out.

If you see/hear a song that starts really chill, tranquilly but depressive af at the same time, beware that it'll continue after a while as (ferociously) melodeath or one of subgenres of black/death metal. I'm in love with this fact for real \o/
