Thank you for the explanation. I have a question about GRP. For Example, if a campaign/TVC has 400 GRPs. What does this mean? It is % or times?

GRP = Reach x Frequency. Gross Rating Point (GRP) is the number of people that have seen your Ad (Reach) multiplied by the number of times your Ad was seen (Frequency). I.e., My Oranges Ad was seen by 20 individuals 3 times on average. Then, the GRP is 60.
