Aim cast and quick cast on the same item is possible idk about hero abilities though... For example blink hotkey B is set to quick cast but I can hold alt when I press B to bring it into aim cast... I wouldnt mind knowing how to do this behaviour on hero abilities

If you turn on Unit specific hotkeys i think its possible to set it up, I have my lion stun in quickcast on Q but Alt +Q on when i want to gauge the range

Hey Grubby don't know if you read comments but with all due respect I think you misplayed your lane. If you are facing a melee carry you max out caustic 1st, pull agro to ranged creep then prime the creeps by hitting them all once and then when the carry goes for the lasthit on the ranged creep you can nuke with stun and all wave explode for a lot of damage. No melee carry can contest your lane this way. Maybe try it out next time if you want. GL HF

absolutely, sometimes he just goes into grubek doto mode (maybe as a part of limit testing) and totally trolls the lane, he analyses his plays though and tries to do better next time though

Some people still do it with Urn, Wand and Brown Boots before Blink. Shard, Eul and Force Staff after, Aghs much later.

He is, but you need tons of stuns. A line up where 4/5 heroes have stuns works with an SK pos 4. Never pos 5 though. Prefs with a ranged Pos 3
