For a long time, people thought that Anathan “ana” Pham was one of the most overrated players in Dota. A self-conscious sixteen-year-old who just didn’t have the mental fortitude to cut it in the big leagues - even though he played for the biggest team in the game.
Now, he’s a two-time Major winner, part of the first roster in history to win back-to-back TIs and, as far as the community is concerned, the indisputable God of Dota.
But ana didn't just have to beat the best teams in the world to make history. He had to beat himself.

@@DMBoyCloud It's not that it's body physics or anatomy whatever it's called after 20's when our height growth stops and body starts to release Liquid intelligence people can't reach their peak at anything like for DotA carry player's their decision making starts to suck and their APM reduces it feels like they are getting rusty. They can't play like they used to before which is why they either retire or change roles and hire younger players to play for them. Till a person reaches 18th year they brimming with uncontrollable and enormous brain power and energy but after 20's body just caps everything. Which explains why Miracle isn't playing like he used to in 2017.

On a podcast with Sunsfan&Synderen Notail said that when Ana started to play for OG that he often did mediocre in lane, until someone noticed that Ana did not know how creep aggro works (like drawing creeps to your ranged creep to deny it etc). There are no secrets man, they trust eachother, care for one another and they are not pressured by the fact they are playing in tournament instead treated the competition just like a casual, pub-game. When you have that kind of mindset, you'll be playing freely without any expectations and you will only focusing on stomping whoever has a red bar on the other side of the map. You must have felt this in one of your games, where you play comfortably, even losing, you felt great and eager to play more - thats the secret.
