The fact that Grubby lasted for so long against MGs while using units that are specifically weak against MGs (raiders, spirit walkers, and a few grunts) is pretty amazing. In the end, MGs are too strong against tier 1 and 2 units.

Not true of all ultimates though! There are some who are 100% worth the skill point in basically any situation.

@@MrBlueSleeves Not all of them by any means. Especially of the night elf ones 2 are very easily countered. Having to channel an ultimate (without added spell immunity) is a pretty big weak point. I was thinking of for instance the OTHER two night elf ults, or Reincarnation, Resurrection, Inferno, Avatar, or Mass Teleportation. All of those are must haves against (almost) any enemy composition.

It does, but it also kind of nails your army to the ground. You can't move much while all that is going on.

I Think the invul disapear, like tyrande cant have invul while ult. Also Cenarisus can cancel it with roots. So its useless when enemy can cancel it ez.

Bladestorm would probably be useful in battle if you couldn't slow the hero and he had no unit collision on. Dryads just hit him once and nullify the entire thing. Especially since its mana cost is still so high.

35:00 -- Grubby had disenchant ready, selected AND CAST before the KotG had even cast the entangle. Grubby basically DISENCHANTED BEFORE THE ENTANGLE.

Grubby invested too much into items in my opinion. Taurens or wyverns with good micro could have been much better. He was fighting at 57 pop for too long and dh was eating his mana. Investing too much in heroes abilities was too damn expensive
