We do not need to see the photos of those two precious kid's battered bodies. The possibility that the photos would be accidentally caught on camera is too great, I would assume. The dignity of the children must be preserved at all costs. We owe that much to them. I'm grateful we're getting the audio. We're listening to justice do her thing.

My heart goes out to that soft spoken Detective who describes his findings of the remains of JJ. How absolutely traumatic for him especially after he describes how he was duck taped. I do hope that this detective is able to get some one to talk to over this. My late husband was a law enforcement officer and I worked on crime scenes in Amb service and we were able to talk to each other after we had attended to some very disturbing and upsetting scenes and it really helped. Just can’t believe how she could have done this to her kids. Omg

She was able to do it, imo, bc she wasn't there to witness it. She probably convinced herself she was doing her zombie kids a favor. The fact she and Chad were living it up in HI tells me she had already reconciled her missing kids with whatever lie she told herself. It's hard to even talk about it because it totally destroyed my life, but I felt it was needed here because we have this monster who had two beautiful children & she actually had them k¡ll3d. A plea deal is for those who admit to the crime committed, Lori would never do such a thing. Since she plead "not guilty" she won't be offered a plea deal, it would be up to her attorney to pursue a plea bargain with The State/prosecution. In this case, I can't see prosecution being willing to negotiate a deal. If the defense went to prosecution stating they want to negotiate a deal, prosecution would likely offer something ridiculously harsh that the defense wouldn't even consider. They've already taken the death penalty off the table (due to discovery violations by the prosecution), there really isn't much to bargain with at this point. Lori isn't getting out of sitting through this with a plea deal, or any other reason, except death.

hearing this after Lori’s statement at her sentencing, how could she say nobody was murdered. If these were accidents, suicides, medication reactions, why weren’t they given a funeral and buried in a human cemetery, instead of a pet cemetery and fire pit? I read somewhere that the judge said no cameras cos he didnt want Lori playing up to the cameras. The judge said that footage of an Aug 16 hearing “demonstrates an inordinate focus on the Defendant” because the camera was “zooming onto her face throughout the vast majority of the hearing, regardless of who was speaking or what was happening.” Apparently she was smiling & at times giggling, wtaf.

Not too often am I left speechless but the indignities to these two children especially is just horrific and nightmare-inducing I'm fan since I was about twelve my favourite show was America's most wanted which was probably strange for a twelve-year-old girl and I'm not too often left just as shocked as when the detective describes the horrific discoveries these people have a lot of bodies on their hands at a lot of splainin to do Lucy and I don't believe they have the insanity defense available for this case as it is not seen as a legal defense if I am correct so they are trying to skirt around it by throwing religious crap at people but there is no way that if Jesus was watching he would endorse any of this first of all those shalt not murder second of all dowell shalt not use his name in vain meaning you can't murder a bunch of people and blame it on God they probably broke a couple more of those as well
