Same. I installed with POE and it doesn’t auto rotate. I guess they need to be hooked up with direct power.

What if the bar code rub off after a period of time and your wifi code change and u want to set it back

@@tamiekaPowell-t8o You will have to reset the camera and go through the setup process again. The QR code will show up on the screen when you setup the camera.

Which ISP are you with? You may have to split your WiFi bands, this only runs on the 2.4Ghz.

@@PaulJohnson-lv7jt Try resetting the camera and if still no joy you will need to split the bands on your router, as this camera only works on the 2.4Ghz band.

My app freezes after viewing for a few minutes

Did you get this sorted out? Had mine few years 4x camera system with problems time and time again, each problem sorted then get another. At the moment I'm trying to get help for my ZOSI APP playback freezing.
