I was able to remove the complete board from chasis.. one needs to remove the upper switch plate first and also there is a screw and some pressure taps holding it..the mixer ic was faulty so I put inside sa602 and made it work again..your videos are a great inspiration to me ..

My dial is locked in place. I havent opened it yet. But it does move a milimeter or two to the left or right. Hoping something is just blocking it.

The schafts are locked in place by a plastic clip (not the metal round clip) I've searched also a long time how to remove the shafts, just look in the plastic chasis and you see a small plastic clip lockin into a nodge in the shaft, lifting up the clip a bit lets you remove the shaft easely.

Hello, Rod, I have the same problem with that white pulley. How did you removed it to grease it? Removed that spring in the middle first?

Sorry for this late reply, -- but you just slide it off the shaft, - see my latest video where I had to do this to unstick a seized tuning capacitor. Rod
