Is this game worth playing still? I tried getting into the test way back but they had PayPal issues and couldn't sell any keys for it so I gave up, but it still looks interesting.

Well it depends, if you love sailing ships, then yes. The player base is rather small at the moment, but the feeling of sailing and fighting is good, so it depends. It used to be much more popular and more people used to play it then they do now, however I still enjoy doing missions. Also shopping wise, you buy it on steam now, no longer paypal thing. I would recommend that you take it when its on sale though.
