I am doing a lot of sewing lately and less thrifting. You mentioned your recent love of green. This afternoon I am going to cut out a rayon emerald green shirt. I have played with 2 patterns to get just a little bit of puff at the cuffs and reshaped the collar. I love green and am always on the hunt for that kind of shirt when I thrift......well just gonna make one. Love all your different inspirations, need to have a look at my brooch collection and wear some of them with my Fall looks.

Okay, I have this issue where I always try to do everything and it's so reassuring to hear you say like about the macrame "i'm not crafty, but I know someone who is." You have some great eyelids for shadow. I am not a big fan because now I am older and who want to emphasize those eyes and the eye shadow don't show really well when I apply them (when I was younger). I did buy eye primer that just ended up getting added to other stuff I don't use. I really like the shirt with the tie you are wearing during this narrative. The Elle cover look is so editorial because not to many people have the situation for wearing sequin panties outside their home (well maybe peeking from underneath a long open front black dress). Tee Hee Yea my favorite of the looks is the Greece Harper bazaar ranch heiress looks. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.

I really enjoy your style and content but the promotion of feathers as a fashion trend saddens me. I am against fur and was so happy to learn a lot of brands have gone anti-fur. So this feels like a step backwards. Refinery29 has a good article on this. Here’s a quote I think sums up the article “..whenever parts of animals are used in the fashion industry, corners are cut and abuse is commonplace.”

The first look is shit but the rest were amazing ! Although not fall at all, more like summer for us who live way up north i think hehe Also, I thought you should know that "clean beauty" is just a scam part of the greenwashing that brands do to get you to buy their product. A lot of the time they have a bunch of irritants and ingredients that do absolutely nothing good for your skin. They also avoid preservatives which makes their products more prone to developing molds, gross right? Just because something claims to be "natural" (what does that even mean?) doesn't mean it's good.
