My work shoes are slips on classic black vans. They are so damaged that I really need a new pair. But I refuse to spend the money on them. The fabric is ripping with holes and the soles have holes in them. I bought them used in 2019 from the app Depop. They were not damaged at all and in like new condition other than a small red stain on one shoe. I can easily get a knock off pair at Walmart for $15 but I refuse to spend the money but I may have to because my feet are starting to hurt wearing the shoes at work. I work as a part time opening day shift server at Pizza Hut.

Protein is fine as long as you workout in general. It is for the purpose of aiding your muscles in building themselves back. However if you drink protein without working out you will gain weight.
