I got a House of Colour analysis this June after watching your videos, and I loved it! I thought I was a winter from trying DIY and I am actually a true summer. I purged and organized my closet and for the first time I feel like I have a functional capsule wardrobe. I definitely want to do style eventually as well.

Yes I agree, you can wear whatever you like. But when you wear colours that suit you and when you understand what your style actually is your favourite you are so much faster when deciding if you should buy something or not. And you can see very quickly if something is worth trying on.

Oh absolutely agree, it's really streamlined the whole process and like you say makes it much quicker to make decisions :)

I think it's a long process and it takes a lot of observation to be sure of what suits your body shape ( the shapes , the length , the cuts , the fabrics , etc ) , and THEN all your body's features bring you close to an established style , like for you these two elements of Natural and Classic have been defined as Natural Classic . In my opinion it's for you to put the dots together and create your own style with all these elements according to your personal taste . Eventually you can find a muse for inspiration to start with , not to copy but to observe the composition , like who's a Natural Classic ? Jennifer Aniston is said to be a Natural but observing her wardrobe I think she's now on the Natural Classic side , I think she needs way more definition than a plain Natural .... Just a few thoughts ... I think you went through quite a transformation already in just a few months , give it time ❤️ Eva

Yes I agree, it is a long process. Maybe I'm getting too ahead of myself and I should give it more time - I can be impatient lol. I take a lot of inspiration from stereotypical French girl style but agree it would be good for me to find a muse.....I'll have a think! Maybe Dakota Johnson? Thank you for your lovely comment :)

@@vickilouise7764 it's funny because a lot of the French girls " natural look with a twist " nowadays comes from British actress Jane Birkin !
