I remember you talking about your parents acting like they were shocked about you moving out forever ago. Love that you share your experiences to help others. I know it’s not the easiest thing to do. ❤

Aww you’re an OG! Thanks for the constant support. Yeah i remember when i first shared that video i was in a completely different place in my relationship with my parents and also a different headspace. How so much has changed since then!

As a brown girl, I related to this heavily, feeling guilty after standing up for yourself Is sooooo hard, especially in our culture! Thank you for being so vocal as always!!!

When and if you have children you will become closer to your parents because you will need and want your mum around ❤

I’m sure that’s true but I’m trying to be close to my parents now not just when I need them 🥰

I'd love to hear more about your experience with reiki ! I'm new to the channel, so if you already have a video about it, sorry!

Of course!! Anything specific you’d like me to talk about? I actually made a video about reiki recently over on my IG - just posted it a few days ago. You can check that out too @hemali.mistry

You stood up to them but now you are an emotional mess.

Emotional mess to some emotionally attuned to others … either way I’m happy with myself and my life and that’s all that matters
