I regularly do a veggie bake, just tossing all leftover veggies in my fridge in the oven with a little olive oil, seasoning, and cheese if you want. If you have starches like potatoes or sweet potatoes you’ll want to put this in the oven first. Crockpot curries are also a favorite (there are so many recipes depending on your tastes), especially because I can have my crockpot and ice cooker going at the same time and then pack lots of leftover after.

I tried some of your most used products last year, and I'm really thankful for that, found my perfect powders with the Milk and NYX ones! For a recipe, lately I love to fry up some onion and garlic with smoked paprika and cumin and a little bit of oil, add some tomato paste then fry one chopped up paprika (I use red ones), move to plate. Then put more oil in the pan, add the white parts of two chopped up bok choy, fry for around 3 minutes, add the green parts, a drained can of sweet corn and about 5 tbsp of kimchi, fry for another 2 minutes. Then add the fried paprika, cooked rice and drizzle in soy sauce, mapple syrup and kimchi juice. Sometimes I also add scrambled eggs. That amount is enough for three meals for me, but I usually eat pretty small portions

💜💜💜 That nyx powder also has me obsessed it makes the skin look sooo good the beginningof this yr so far has been... interesting to say the least; not personally bad for me but for sure interesting lmao. If u like korean food Id recommend doenjang jjigae (aka: soybean paste stew) u just would hav to find a korean store for the soybean paste amd u can look up the full recipe on youtube its really easy to make in bulk & u can even freeze it (I wait to cook the tofu if I freeze it) and u can basically put any veggies & mushrooms that u want in it. Mushroom Alfredo (my recipe) 2 servings 8 chopped white mushrooms| 3tbsp butter| Minced garlic| few shakes of pepper| Cajun seasoning(optional)| 1cup heavy whipping cream| 1/4 cup grated parmesan| 1cup penne noodles| While boiling the pasta, cook mushrooms down with butter, add garlic, pepper, and cajun seasoning. Add cream and parm to the mushrooms and cook until thick. Add drained cooked pasta. enjoy (other veggies to add would be spinach and tomatoes if youd like!)

Veggie nachos are my fav for a quick simple dinner! In a pan I sauté zucchini yellow squash onions mushrooms and then use the taco seasoning packets and follow the directions for meat and I add black and red beans and then simmer it for a bit. I throw it over tortilla chips w cheese and then put whatever toppings on it ❤️

Vegetarian snack, it’s a Mexican dish: Canned or jarred cactus, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and limes. Cut up am the ingredients and marinate them in the lime/lemon juice and then it’s a cool snack with tortilla chips!!

But I make a pretty great vegan lox by curing carrots which I use for bagels in the morning, sea food pastas, and sushi rolls. 💜 Oh, man! I love this look! I first saw it on Lethal’s IG! I’m so glad that you made a GRWM doing this look! I’m going to have to try to recreate it! These colors are my absolute favorite in general, not just with makeup! It makes me so happy to be seeing all of these purple and teal looks pop up on my IG feed! The look and the wig are gorgeous! 🤩 Purple and blue together are one of my favorite combos. I don’t want all the colors in these palettes, but I have yet to pick up the shades I do want and I’m taking notes lol. I don’t mind hearing you rant about shows, even if it’s a show I don’t watch. I remember seeing an episode or two of PLL and deciding it was too ridiculous for me 😆. I’m watching The Expanse (on Amazon Prime) right now. It’s a Sci Fi, and probably my favorite show currently running, but it’s definitely one you have to pay attention to. That’s been helping me survive 2021 so far and I just got a season pass for the nearest ski resort so I’m excited for that. I’ve also been trying to pay more attention to my feelings and figure out why I feel the way I do, even if it’s rehashing a bunch of unpleasant things. It does help deal with problems so you can focus on the good things, and I’m glad working on being more positive has been going well for you so far! I think everyone can benefit from that.

I started a new job at a daycare on December 28th, so not technically the new year, but it rolled into it. It's super exhausting, especially these first couple of weeks, but I really love it. Such a pretty look! I love blue and purple together! 💜 I've been make my own vegetable stock using veggie scraps. I'll freeze them and make a stock once I've collected a substantial amount. It's very easy to make a bitter stock so I recommend doing some research on which veggies are good in a stock. Once I have a stock, I'll make my favorite soup: Lentil soup! You can customize it with your choice of veggies. I like to add mirepoix veggies (carrots, celery and onion), red bell pepper, fresh garlic, leek and spinach. I'll make a large pot and I'll keep some in the fridge to eat throughout the week and freeze the rest. If you like Indian food, yellow split pea dal is a good option.

Throw a pear or an apple in that veggie stock pot, it gives it a slightly sweet taste. It is delicious. From one of my veggie cookbooks from the early 80"s.

Fav veggie/vegan meal: Chili sin carne (using quinoa, lentils, beans, red pepper), which you can make in bulk and freeze or use as leftovers on its own over rice or in enchiladas. I love a good macaroni cheese too haha, also a good Indian or Thai curry, just like Chili it’s always better on the second day!! We have a recipe for a halloumi and cauliflower red curry which is a house favourite

I call this Green Soup (I did not invent it - its from a cookbook). Prep time 15min, cook time 45min. Serves 6. 1tbsp evoo 1 large yellow onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 1c dried green lentils, rinsed 4c veggie broth (I use stock - 4c is an entire carboard carton) 1 can coconut milk (I use the Thai Kitchen brand cuz half the can is solid cream - if you use low fat coconut milk it will be waterier) 1/2tsp turmeric powder 1/2tsp black pepper 1/2tsp thyme Juice of one lemon (I use a capful or two of bottled juice) One bunch kale, chopped 1/2c parsley, chopped One bunch green onions, chopped Heat oil in a large pot over medium. Add onion and garlic. Cook 4-5min until translucent. Add lentils, broth, coconut milk, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, cover and cook for 20min. Add remaining ingredients, stir. Cover and continue to simmer an additional 20min. Serve warm. I make this all the time. Its my fave soup. And its vegan.

Pausing for recipes 😉 Not to freeze up, but also delicious cold: Chop some sweet potatoes, add some oil & seasoning to taste (I love salt, pepper, paprika) bake in the oven, on the side: A) Chop some garlic, sizzle it (if that‘s the word in English?) & add black beans B) make some guacamole or simple avocado mash, seasoned to taste C) put a tomato, a Chili & some fresh herbs in a mixer to create a salsa. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve all together - the combination is delicious to me! ☺️ but I have the basic idea from Anna Jones - giving credit where credit is due! (Her 2nd book is my fav) Another one (no idea where the first inspo is from, but for sure with my twist & not from a book) Fry some shalotts & Chili (I like it spicy, just forget about them, if u don’t) & largely chopped green asparagus. Cook any kind of pasta you like. Make a dressing with some honey, garlic, salt, pepper (harissa if you like 🌶) lime juice & olive oil. (I add calamansi balsamico, but guess that might be tricky to get? No idea about US food.. oh & actually I also add sumac) key is a mix of fruity/‚sweet‘/hot balance (at least for me) When asparagus is done but still has some bite, add some rocket to let it „fall down“. At the end, mix everything. I add some spicy tofu for proteins sometimes... I‘m not even vegetarian- just love every style to cook & like a healthy balance. Those 2 I could eat for days 😄 If you (or anyone) actually try one, I‘d be curious to know if u like it ☺️

Am I late to suggest an easy and fast vegetarian dish? Italian vegetarian here, hear me out: ricotta balls, I'd say roughly 60% ricotta cheese 40% flour (mixture doesn't have to be too wet and sticky or too tough and dense), salt, pepper and nutmeg (honestly whatever spice you like, experiment!!!). I put them on parchment paper, drizzle some olive oil on top and bake them for like 15min or until they are goldem brown. You can also fry them!!💜

🎶🎶🎶 It only took me a few weeks to binge the fist 6 seasons of Pretty Little Liars (the final season that wasn't out yet). I saw a bit of the show when my younger cousin had been watching it and I thought it looked interesting. I was taking care of of my Grandma at the time and she was in and out of the hospital. Netflix has just launched it's download option for watching things offline and PLL was one of the shows available to download. I remember at the time being super into it (and shipping Aria & Ezra😬), probably because it was so ridiculous, but thinking about it now I honestly laugh/cringe at the whole thing. It was a good distraction through.
