I love the new year energy and (imo) I have found that saying like 'this is guna be my year' adds a lot of pressure to time on myself. Vs like just saying that I want to have more good moments than bad as I'm getting older. I have found that REALLY makes a difference for me especially cuz like some years you're guna have amazing things that happen and some less great and that's inevitable (just life) but like you said builds resilience and perspective and HOW we respond and what we do with both the positives and negatives. I too have an autoimmune disease and it does suck because you can go to bed feeling fine but then bam, you wake up the next morning feeling so crappy. It has made life extremely hard the last few years. Unfortunately to eat clean in America, it costs an arm and a leg.

I would suggest a wedding band that will be great for everyday wear 24/7. I would also suggest that the ring be good during “ baby” years. My engagement ring accidentally cut my baby’s leg and I was stuck with a” weird” looking band, because I was afraid to hurt my baby. I then had three more kids, which basically for ten plus years I was stuck not really wearing my engagement ring and an odd wedding band.
