Oh my goodness my Vietnamese mom still wears Miracle by Lancome! She still has her bottle and I don't know how many years it has been BAHAHA. Also the skin around my fingernails crack because of the cold weather and I have to wash my hands a lot due to my job. I usually apply multiple layers of liquid bandage & moisturize with lotion often throughout the day. At night before bed, I do those 2 steps again but I lock everything in with an occlusive/ointment (I prefer aquaphor & cerave but I also here people use vaseline). Yes, it's greasy but that's why I do it at night before heading to bed and you can do the same for your feet :)

that’s actually exactly what you use the rollers for. to preserve the blow out, not to create curls like a blowout. you heat style your hair into curls and use the rollers to preserve and maintain the curls

12:50 I feel like the heatless curls don't hold on their own because genetically your hair is straight, so it wants to go back to straight, hence why heat forces the curl. But I'm sure you knew that already!
