Hi! I use the Elf matte setting powder with a brush to set my whole face and I use a DRY sponge with the Elf Halo Glow Setting Powder for under my eyes. I honestly don’t see a difference in the formulas between the two. But I completely agree with you that these powders act funny with a dap sponge!

Please get the shade Igaucu instead. That foundation is not your shade and it will continue to work you hard. That primer did wonders for the shine you had right before priming. Overall it came out nice.
