Alot of people need to understand that bullying is not a minor issue. As a victim myself, it has greatly affect my self- esteem/ confidence and my ability to interact people on a normal basis. Its quite detrimental to the point where i self-deprecated myself base on what the bully told me. To any individual out there who are bullied, I hope you won't take those words to heart and know your actual worth. Elle has given us a few good pointers to. Unrelated but you mentioned giving people the benefit of the doubt is very crucial to living a less stressful life. Ever since I opened my eyes in the mortal plains I've always assume competency and good will from everyone I meet. It makes it so much easier to meet new people and mingle with others. I totally agree with you creating an environment where positivity thrives. I’m not an INFP although I have an introverted feeling function among my main stacks so I went through that phase of closing myself off to the world for years following hurtful experiences and relationships. But like you I eventually realized that being vulnerable is a requirement if I wanted to live a life that I’d consider satisfying. Thanks for the reminder to live in the present and not overthink connections. This is a pretty insightful chat and I like this GRWM approach! I like your hair when you reveal your forehead, beautiful face shape. It’s hard to watch your videos sometimes because of the apparent pain and suffering of your life’s past journey. But the good news is that it doesn’t need to stay that way and you are on the right path now. Staying on the path is part of the challenge of life, isn’t it? Trusting other people is really hard, because you will be hurt again in the future. But the reason for this is likely your generosity with others. And this is something important called boundaries. You need to set boundaries with other people and those boundaries need to protect what makes you happy vs. What doesn’t. And when people cross your boundaries then you weed them out. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of lemons to make lemonade but if you are persistent there are good people out there.

It wasn’t you. As kids we isolate anyone who is slightly different. As adults we tend to stop caring as much and we also find like minded souls easier as there’s a lot more to choose from when you are no longer confined to your classmates. When I hit my mid 20s I found that everything I thought made me quirky in school made me endearing to a lot of people.

Girl I just don’t give two shits about people no more. Not about how they are, or what they’re doing in life. People are just way too bi polar. When you care, you are nosey and love gossip. When you don’t, then it’s your fault when something bad happens to them. So I have just learned to say forget everyone. Only my peace matters. If someone wants me to help them, or know how they are doing. They will talk to me. I’m not chasing for love or validation, or even inclusion anymore. There are literally no genuine people around me. Hi Elle. As a Korean American living now in Korea, I definitely like to recommend that you do come to Korea and try your luck here. I understand that you still are a Korean citizen and you can stay in Korea for 6 months and go back to the states to keep your US green card. So, you don’t need to worry about your Visa here. In fact, you are much better off than Korean guys who are obligated to join the Korean army. Korea is changing for the better. I have noticed for the past 4 years in Korea that Korean people are a lot more open to Americans (whose profession could have been unacceptable before In Korea) and Koreans are not as biased as before as far as sexual orientation and other prejudices. You can hook up with agencies here in Korea and expand your career for the better future in Korea. Nowadays, a lot of Americans, and especially Korean Americans like myself, are coming back to Korea to live and work and have a better life.
