I’m so glad you were there this year. I feel you when you said that as a small creator, being invited to these events feels so surreal. And it is a “hobby” for me. This isn’t my career lol not yet anyways.

I love this winged shape you do with shadows. It's very flattering on you. I was eyeing Angie's Galactic Visitor palette and did a peach/red/silver-inspired look with BH Passion in Paris and CP Coast to Coral today. I love how it turned out, but it doesn't dupe the vibes. I might end up getting that palette. I'm using the method of applying a crease color somewhere in the middle between the crease and the brow (in a rainbow shape), then a shimmer on the lid, then a darker color on the lashlines, and then a darker color over the outer top-lashline blended up into a V to meet the "socket contour" (using a pencil brush). I think it works out 🤔. Might stick to this for a while. I have very hooded eyes so I often don't know how to go about applying things. Doing whatever often results in unflattering looks, so I stopped that. If I don't want to troubleshoot, I just tightline with black liner and softly shade the outer corners and thats it.

Nomad’s mattes are amazing but as an indie single shadow girly I found their shimmers to be super underwhelming.. I love their matte formula though and even hit pan in one of the shades in the palette that I have! Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on the formulas!

I'm glad you had a nice time despite the nature of the event, which lends itself to all kinds of stress. Meeting them will inevitably color your experience of watching their KZbin content. I think I'd watch them less for some reason. I could be totally wrong. I's great that you got all those goodies to try. I'm curious if Sigma's eyeshadows are not trash anymore; I do not like what I have from them, though of course, I'm much more excited to see you try the other palettes and products.
