Your right about getting out and about; my husband passed 20 months ago and I've been sitting here for months worrying about everything I still have to do, but inspired be to get up and go down town for a bit and I feel so much better. I know I'll have some days that may be blah, but I'll watch you and get an uplift. I'll be 72 in four months and I don't feel it, it's a number and I'm going to feel as young as I do. I believe live each day as a gift those who have gone on before wouldn't want us to just sit and waste away. They are with us in spirit. So today my late husband would have been 70 years old and I am heartbroken missing him. I never had a problem with my age but this bothers me because I’m just getting over my cancer treatments and my hair grew back silver! So now I look older than I feel. 😢 I’m sorry for your loss.
