For stopping on the downhill box by the front wheel for 3 seconds modulate the clutch and use the rear brake only and keep the wheels straight balancing the bike with your knees gripping the tank. In the slalom weaving in and out of the cones the trick there is constant speed and not braking but clutch modulating. Touch the brake and you will definitely lose the flow and fall or stop abruptly. For uphills first look at the path with less loose soil and target that. High RPM from the start of the climb while leaning full tilt forward over the handlebars bringing full weight on the front suspension. Power through upon reaching the middle of the hill. Let the bike work for you.

that slope didn't look that steep until I watched that chap fall and the bike almost tumbled on him.

ミラーを付けたままの選手がいましたが、主催者側がルールで取り外しを前提にするべきですね。転倒時、ライダーの身体に〝刺さる〟可能性があります。場合によっては命に関わります。自走で参加している人達が多い様ですが、セクションの設定もそれを基に考える必要がありますね。大会が終わって誰もが無事に帰れる様に考慮するべきですね。中盤の〝ヒルクライム〟ですが、あれは無茶ですね。〝トライアル〟でも登れないかもしれないケースかと思います。直前に雨が降ったのでしょうか。転倒した車両のタイヤに泥がびっしり付いていましたね。状況を見て、当日でもセクションの変更や使用中止を検討する事もあっていいと思います。ラリーレイド用のマシンの大会は、これからも、もっと増えてゆくと思いますが、大会の運営方法など、ツーリングトライアルの大会など、参考になるのではないかと思います。
