Enrich notes with examples, quotes, thinkers, diagrams, and key phrases. 2. Advanced Sources & Integration: Analyze topper copies (2 from: Vishakha Yadav, Divya Mishra, Shruti Sharma, Mehak Jain, Rahul Shrivastava) for answer formats and examples. Integrate insights from 2nd ARC Report on ethics in governance. 3. Answer Writing Practice: Develop structures for different question types (core ethics, quote-based, case studies). Practice writing within time limits. Address vulnerable sections in answers (migrants, refugees, etc.). Revise content for easy recall. Case Study Strategy: Identify core theme (corruption, abuse of power, etc.). Use a 7-point approach: Introduction, Stakeholders, Dilemma, Issues, Solutions, Conclusion. Enhance with visual tools (pie charts, diagrams). 4. Additional Tips: Analyze previous year questions to anticipate future ones. Prepare standard introductions, conclusions, and explanations. First of all, I am really grateful for the right kind of guidance you and your team are providing....you people are really up against the coaching mafia..... I have doubt regarding the success wala question in this video....I think the quote is not necessarily about the starting point as a determinant of success but what do have to sacrifice in order to achieve it.....more like a input output ratio....like people sacrificing their health, family ,friends ,youth in order to achieve the materialistic measures of success as even many upsc aspirants devoting their 20s to prepare for a exam where the success is not even guaranteed.....
