Watching this video - a time well spent. Reading the manual - as if I was trying to read in Japanese, while not having a clue about the Japanese language. They should really improve the manual. Example: on p.4 they start explaining how to set the home city, time and date using an abbreviation for the watch's buttons. On p.8 they actually tell actually show you a diagram which button is abbreviated in what way. Lovely video and a big thank you for your help, sir. My gal just got me this watch as a birthday present and we are both really excited to watch it work. :D

No, once you set your timezone just press adjust button once and the watch will be set to your new timezone.
