My 85 year old mom and my husband and I love watching your channel. We were so excited to hear your big news about your pregnancy!! Children are a blessing from the Lord! We are followers of Christ and Canadians and if we lived in the US, we would have absolutely voted for Trump because of policy. We have daughters that live in the US and have grandchildren there as well. What happens in the US is important to us and our family. We do not watch mainstream media and yes, Melissa you are correct, so many Canadians watch mainstream media and believe the lies. Our beautiful country of Canada is in big trouble under the current leadership of Justin Trudeau. It is also interesting that you choose to only highlight a policy in which children are separated from adults (many are not their parents that they are travelling with) under the Trump administration when that also happened under Obama's administration as this policy has been in place a very long time. At the end of the day the bottom line is this, if parents choose to put their children's lives in incredible jeopardy by coming into a country illegally it is the parents who are putting their children in incredible danger. In 1971 I miscarried my first baby. I was broken hearted, I wanted to be a Mom so badly! My mom died, from a brain tumor, leaving 3 little girls and a young husband when I was 5 months old. So I wanted to be a Mom to be able to love my child like a mother should. I remember reading my discharge papers that said “spontaneous abortion” just linking that word to my situation broke my heart! Melissa your face just glows with this pregnancy! I too broke down and sobbed when my hospital bill diagnosis was “spontaneous abortion.” I then lost a second baby who passed before delivery. I had a 2 year old son at the time. We were fortunate enough to have a daughter a year later. I cannot fathom “deleting” a life that’s conceived in love. The doctor told me I needed to have an abortion because a test came back bad and my life was at risk. I insisted on another test and refused to abort. The doctor was wrong my son is now in his 30s and I can't imagine life without him in it

Our 26 weeker is 30 and because my pregnancy tried to end even after three cervical sutures and I was totally on bed rest in hospital from 18 weeks my prolife doctor felt the length of time I was in hospital was no life for me! I replied that it would all worth it to see and hold my baby. His response was what it if that doesnt happen! I replied that I could not go there. 12 months before this I miscarried at 20 weeks my first pregnancy. Enough of me sharing my drama… this all happened in Australia…I had private healthcare, but nothing would have been any different if I was in the pubic system. I’ll will never be sorry for 2 months on my back in hospital I believe in the sanity of life. I said I’m a Christian and I pray daily for my babies health and survival. Great things happened I am so proud of having fought for my child and for the man he has become and husband he is. It was worth it.😊❤
