no tienen EPP y de seguro que no debn saber que es eso.. no tienen sus implementos de seguridad botas casco guantes y lo otro es que nesesitan una llave torquimetro para ajustar esos jumpers. no me quiero imaginar como las suben esas antenas..

Also i guess they dont do coax grounding and the zip ties are not the silicon blue types that resist uv Based on where the video is being made Its not bad 😂

U shud be using a cold heatshrink over the connection Or U shud then b using a Scotch® Rubber Splicing Tape 23 tape Then over that u tape woth good quality WIDER TAPE so you dont have to do so many layers Then use the blue etfe petzel zip ties that resist uv Coax shud b ground where it s mounted on twr then every 100ft and where coax leaves tower and at vault entrance
