The camera section is too short, that is the main strength of this phone. A new lytia main 1x camera + a proper telephoto 3x camera with lytia sensor in midrange phone, should focus more on this topic.

The market approach is bad. But the phone are durable as hell.. Bought Realme 5 Pro 2019 then the GT Master Edition in 2022.. My mother still using the Pro 5 till now and the battery is still superb!! It's not yet mah time for upgrade since my GT ME is still great right now. Just a tip, buy a low 35 watt charger than using higher wattage, it makes the phone IMMORTAL.

I'm using realme 5 pro for last 4 years. It rendered my purpose decently. I'm bit of dissatisfied with realme's approach. Two consecutive series with underperforming chipset is so much frustrating. It feels like realme's CEO is undercover agent of other phone company who wants to destroy it for good.

i still prefer flat display, curve has too many drawbacks. The non-functional extra cost we paid for curve display, i mean what is its function anyway, beside better grip and extra un-ask for reflection ,Then the extra cost of tempered glass, which are hard to apply and most of the times bubbles at the edges. And then the cost of replacing the screen, if broken. Brada!!!!! It eeess astronomical. Enough to buy a new phone!!!

haven't find any drawbacks with the curve screen and i was used to much smaller flat screens , i had a xperia 5 compact for 9 years before getting the realme 12 pro plus...

@@samuel9316 temper glass for curve screen is costly and hard to apply, glare on the sides when there is some light source in the room or outside, literally affecting 8% of the view of what you're looking at, cost of replacing the screen is also equivalent to buying a new budget phone. Its just an allrounder bad apart from looking costly

I had s21 ultra and i was suffering from heating and bad battery in addition to lags, i replaced it with poco 6 which has the sd gen 3s and sold it after 2 months because i didnt like it, i bought this phone 4 days a go and i am very happy with it, I cant tell a defference in speed between this and the poco, the software is much better than hyper OS and the cameras are better, screen and sound are 100% better also for me and the best thing about it is it feels great in hand, reminds me with my old s9 plus, very comfotable to use. I play tft and wild rift sometimes and it has a very good performance.

​​​@@fa14bi-78periscope is the only saving grace for this phone tbh, or else just buy Realme 12 Pro Plus for cheaper price other than that, it's a an okay phone especially there are couple of competitors that also worth to mention like Galaxy A55 for premium mid range from Samsung, Vivo V40 also a great phone, or if you wanted a monster performance there's Poco X6 Pro/F6 of course if you wanted a performance oriented phone only.

Why on earth is the performance gap between Snapdragon 7 and Snapdragon 8 class chips so insanely huge, but so small between Snapdragon 7 and Snapdragon 6? This makes so little sense. Even an age old SD 880 is better than the newest SD 7 gen 3. I don't get qualcom here.

The poco x6 main camera sensor is literally the camera used for the Realmes secondary periscope lens. Giving it an 9 to 1 advantage in camera zoom over Xiaomi, and a about 70% advantage in sensor size if it comes to main cam.
