Your explanation is very good Amit. Normally if GST is implemented the old taxes should be abolished and the new GST should subsume all the taxes. But ppl have implemented GST on the price that we were paying already with all taxes included..For ex: if movie ticket is 120Rs it should include all taxes but the new price after GST is 154Rs..28% tax directly levied on old price..how is this acceptable? This is like tax on tax.. We do not find any benefit from this instead it has become a disaster!

Sir one doubt. @ 10:03. Do we need to reduce 13 from 16.3 or just 3 from 16.3. Because the 10 % tax which producer paid on manufacturing is already deduced while he/she is selling it to wholesaler. Now again do we need to reduce the 10 again while selling the product from wholesaler to retailer ?

@@balajiasokan4224 As we are considering both i.e the "full amount of previous level " and "profit of current level" (sale of wholesaler) i.e 133(previous) + 30(current) = 163 ... 3% is only on profit margin of producer (net tax). not on complete price .

Sir GST is also applicable in J&k UT .... It was made applicable by J&k assembly under a special law.... Soon after few days of application
