सरकार जीवन को complicated कर के ही दम लेगी. क्या जीवन था 50 बर्षो पहले. ना इन्कम टैक्स देना था, ना ही कोई प्रोपर्टी थी, ना ही पैसे थें, ना घर था, ना TV था, ना AC था, ना ही फोन पे था ना ही Amazone/Flip cart था फिर भी जीवन सुखी था.

Unfair GST provisions on RCM credit for rent: 1. Composition scheme dealers can't claim RCM credit on rent, despite paying it. 2. Businesses with mixed supplies (taxable + exempt) can only claim partial ITC on RCM paid for rent, based on taxable supply ratio. This seems unfair as the full cost is incurred regardless. 3. Rent is already tracked via Income Tax. Adding GST on top feels like double taxation. 4. If the goal is tracing rent transactions, Income Tax achieves this by lowering limit. GST adds complexity without clear benefits. 5. This creates a disproportionate burden on businesses with high rent costs but low GST taxable turnover. This system seems to prioritize tax collection over business-friendly policies, potentially hurting smaller businesses and those in high-rent areas disproportionately.

Rental income doesn’t give even 5 to 8% return on investment ie cost of construction. In addition they have to pay heavy tax to corporation and remember IT on income. Now 18% GST - is it not a day light robbery. What owner gets after making so much investment? 6:25

As per my understanding... Renting of residential dwelling by Any person ( Registered or Unregistered) to a Registered person shall be taxable under GST and RCM applicable but you were wrong in the above video at 04.36 where you commented that GST wouldn't be applicable if registered landlord gives property to registered tenant...I think gst shall be applicable in this case

क्या गरीब लोगों को घर दिलाने में सरकार सक्षम हो पाई है? रेंट पर जीएसटी लगाकर सरकार सेवाओं को और मंहगा करने जा रही है। सरकार को चाहिए कि सेक्टरों की तर्ज पर सभी मूलभूत सुविधाएं देकर कॉलोनियों को भी विकसित किया जाना चाहिए ताकि आम लोग भी घर खरीद सकें। ऑक्शन सिस्टम बंद होना चाहिए क्योंकि सरकार का काम व्यापार करना नहीं होता ।सरकार का काम है लोगों की मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करना। यह सरकार बिजनेसमैन की तरह से काम कर रही है।
